1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using SendDearly (senddearly.online), including crafting personalized digital letters, scrapbooks, photobooth strips, and interactive links, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, national, and international laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SendDearly provides interactive digital keepsake creation tools allowing users to personalize multimedia greetings with text, user-uploaded photographs, audio tracks, and interactive components (such as countdowns, 3D turnable memory books, and photobooth strips).

• Keepsakes are hosted on secure, unique URLs and can be delivered via WhatsApp, QR codes, email, or direct link sharing.
• Recipients do not require an account or app installation to open and view the surprises sent to them.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all photographs, heartfelt letters, audio clips, and personal content you upload to SendDearly.

By uploading content, you grant SendDearly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, process, format, and display your content to deliver the requested digital surprise to your designated recipient(s).

Prohibited Content:

You agree not to upload, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit without consent, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property, or containing malicious code. We reserve the right to remove any link that violates these standards.

4. Purchases, Payments & Pricing

SendDearly offers both free and premium templates. Premium template fees are transparent one-time payments processed securely through authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay).

• No hidden subscriptions: All paid templates are one-time charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Free Live Preview: You may test, preview, and edit all templates before making a purchase.
• Refund Policy: Due to the instant, digital nature of customized keepsake links, purchases are generally final once the link is generated. However, if you experience a technical failure or link generation error, please contact our support team at support@senddearly.online within 7 days for prompt resolution or full refund.

5. Link Longevity & Availability

Purchased digital surprise links are hosted to remain active for the foreseeable lifetime of the platform (minimum guaranteed active period of 12 months from creation). We strive for 99.9% uptime for all recipient view links.

6. Limitation of Liability

SendDearly is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we take immense care to ensure uninterrupted hosting and high data integrity, SendDearly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network disruptions or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
